WESTPORT ANTIQUE SHOW AND SALE
As always, the show will be held on the first weekend in June. The Antique Show and Sale is already considered by many as one of the most prestigious antique shows in Eastern Ontario. Some dealers call it the best show in the area and this year will be no exception. Annually, fifty quality antique dealers provide a varied selection of the best antiques and collectibles. The Rideau District Museum volunteers provide a wonderful Victorian Tea Room. Organized and operated entirely by volunteers, it is sponsored by the Westport and Rideau Lakes Chamber of Commerce. Just as interesting and enjoyable are the smaller displays and sales all over town which include the Rideau Lakes Artists Association, tole and decorative painters, china painters, and many more. You'll need at least a day, perhaps two, to fully appreciate this show so come for the day but plan to spend the weekend.
